The Event
Our June briefing, The State of Philippine BPO, clearly demonstrated the resilience of the business process outsourcing sector (BPO) in an environment characterized by financial and political instability globally. It also revealed an impressive transition towards high-value added, complex services that have come to be known collectively as “knowledge process outsourcing” (KPO). Based on the enthusiasm for KPO demonstrated by our presenters, panelists, and delegates, evaluating the State of Philippine KPO was the obvious next step for our regular surveys and briefings.
"The State of Philippine KPO: A New Dawn?" will provide an unvarnished examination of the fast-evolving KPO industry, the state of the industry in the Philippines, and its implications—both opportunities and challenges. As is typical of our high-level briefings, it will feature the presentation of our latest industry survey, which addressed both the state of KPO and related business continuity issues. This will be the first public presentation of the full results of the survey.
The briefing will also feature presentations by top industry executives and analysts. A highlight of the briefing will be another dynamic panel discussion featuring our presenters along with other influential personalities active in the industry.
This exclusive senior executive meeting is again being organized by The Business Processing Association of the Philippines (BPA/P) and Outsource2Philippines (O2P) in cooperation with TeamAsia. It will take place November 24, 2009 from 8:00 am to 11:00 am at the Makati Shangri-La. To review the complete program for the briefing, please click on the Agenda tab above.
